Products

XCellR8 now provides a carefully selected range of cell culture products to support your research:

We are pleased to introduce a new range of products for human primary cell culture from Lifeline Cell Technology®. The scientists at Lifeline have built on more than 20 years’ valuable experience in the cell culture industry to bring you a new generation of products to address the cell culture needs of today:

  • All cells and media are consistently manufactured to a high quality and rigorously tested before release.
  • Many of the media systems are serum-free or animal product-free.
  • All media are phenol red-free.
  • Novel packaging design protects the media from light, avoiding the common problem of photodegradation of key components.

We are also excited to present two cellular human skin models developed by Cell Systems GmbH. Both models are valuable tools for a wide range of testing applications:

  • EST-1000 is a model of human epidermis showing excellent in in vitro / in vivo correlation in both structure and function. EST-1000 is suitable for classification of compounds according to OECD TG 431.
  • AST-2000 is a model of human skin consisting of both epidermal and dermal layers. The model is an ideal tool for cosmetic and chemical testing, including a variety of mechanistic studies.

In addition, we provide a range of cell culture growth factors and reagents in partnership with Cell Systems GmbH.

XCellR8’s pre-existing strength in providing technical support and training activities to the cell culture industry places us in a unique position to back our products with an unrivalled level of technical expertise. We are fully committed to providing our customers with excellent technical support and customer service at all times.
